Our New Baby...or Dustin's Rather

Yesterday we got a new car! Woot woot! I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing! It's a 2006 Lexus IS350...it's purdy!!!

Christmas is coming!!!

I've been searching around every little store, antique, boutique....craft, you name it for some country ornaments for our tree! I think I hit the mother load at Jineannes shop up in Lakeside (Honeybear Antiques). I didn't care how much I spent, as long as I got what I wanted, which I did! the tree is going to look so cute! I just sent Dustin to Target to get some more of the beaded garland cause we are going to need much more! How exciting! We are going with Cody and Becca Christmas tree cutting next weekend...Dustin and I are so excited! Dustin has never cut a live tree, but our family use to do it every year...it should be sooo much fun! I will post pictures about it when we get home!

Zoolights!

As every year...we met up for dinner at Chili's on Mill (in the freezing cold weather) and headed to the Zoo for some festive Zoolighting! This has been something we doe every year and this will be out 3rd year! It's a lot of fun! This year Dustin got to experience it for the first time and I hope he had a good time! It's the nice Mint Hot Cocoa from Starbucks that makes the ocassion special for me! I look forward to that! This year we had a great time as always! The Zoolight are like the first event of the Christmas season for us! We got lots of pictures, or Everett did, but I've only posted a few! Look forward to seeing everyone next year for the same event!
